The fitness channel, LA Muscle TV, only started as an online channel at the end of 2008, but since then it has grown to the point where it is securing around 4.5 million viewers worldwide.
Further to this success, Canis Media has announced that LA Muscle TV will be launching a free to view channel in the UK on Sky TV. This will therefore be available to all of our sky subscription customers regardless of your package
From the 27th July, the channel will be broadcasting recorded fitness, health and nutrition programmes for around fifteen hours per day.
This is an interesting move, with a new type of channel being broadcast on Sky TV offering a more diverse slice of life for the viewers.Im not sure about the rest of you but I find Just 5 minutes of Mr Motivator starts to annoy me every morning , to be quite honest those muscle bound ladies and gents jumping around in lycra really put me off my full english breakfast!!!!
